The people behind Olmeda

About Olmeda Pet Studios

Two sisters, two Yorkshires, and the conviction that anyone who loves a pet will not accept less than the best.

Olmeda Pet Studios was founded by Amanda and Yasmin — two sisters who grew up surrounded by dogs and built careers in marketing before finding, in the pet care world, the place where everything made the most sense.

Amanda leads brand strategy, content systems, and positioning — building the trust architecture that makes pet care businesses communicable before the first inquiry.

Yasmin brings the performance layer: years of experience running Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, pixel configuration, and conversion tracking across agencies managing national and international accounts — over 40 active accounts simultaneously at peak scale. She leads all paid traffic direction at Olmeda, exclusively in pet care, with the niche depth a generalist agency cannot replicate.

Amanda and Yasmin, founders of Olmeda Pet Studios, with their Yorkshires Lucy and Violeta

Olmeda Pet Studios is a pet care marketing and brand strategy studio. We help dog daycare, pet boarding, grooming, training, and hybrid pet care businesses translate real operational quality into visible trust, stronger positioning, and better conversion.

What we believe — and what we won't accept

Before we were marketing professionals in pet care, we were demanding pet parents.

We followed daycare accounts. We dreamed of finding a place that would care for our girls — Lucy and Violeta — with the same attention we gave them at home. A place where someone would prepare the food with care, notice changes in behavior, and know each dog by name.

And what always bothered us most was the lack of consideration and responsibility. The "not doing it perfectly because it's hard." The "the dog just needs to stay there with the others, that's fine, nothing else is needed."

That bothered us deeply. Because that's not how we treat our pets. And it's not how we believe any pet should be treated.

When we found businesses that thought like we did — who don't spare effort, who take real responsibility for those little lives — we realized those businesses deserve to be found. And that marketing needs to help them be seen. Not with volume, not with pressure. With truth.

That's where, and why, Olmeda was born.

Why pet care marketing is different

A person researching pet care options on their phone in warm natural light.

Pet care is not just another service — and the pet parent doing the research knows it. They've already watched videos, followed accounts, compared options. They're looking for a mind like their own — someone who treats their pet with the same seriousness they do.

When we left our Yorkshires at a pet care service for the first time, we wanted one thing: to feel that the place had the same level of care and responsibility we had at home. Food considered. Attention to behavior. People who were there by choice, not by obligation.

When we found that, we paid without questioning the price. And every pet parent who finds that does the same.

The problem is that many excellent businesses are not showing this. That's where marketing becomes a service of translation, not invention.

What we do differently

We don't arrive with off-the-shelf packages. We arrive with a diagnosis — because every business has its own essence, and our role is to find that essence and communicate it truthfully.

Our process was built by doing — together with our first partners, learning at each stage, personalizing every step to fit the best workflow, receiving feedback and evolving. We didn't outsource the learning. We built a process we believe in, tested in practice, designed to deliver the best for both sides.

We work with a small number of partners on a continuous basis. Weekly delivery meetings. Structured listening forms. Clear documentation at every stage. When we take on a commitment, we don't step back.

That includes paid traffic. Positioning and media don't work in isolation here. When the brand is structured, proof assets are in place, and the conversion path is clear, the same ad budget generates a materially different result. We don't run traffic in the dark — we run it against a system that was designed to convert.

How we work: five connected pillars

We do not approach growth as a content calendar problem. We approach it as a trust translation problem. That is why our work is built around five connected pillars:

Who we help and what we help with

Who we help

  • • Dog daycare businesses and daycare centers
  • • Pet boarding and pet hotel operations
  • • Pet grooming businesses with premium or specialized services
  • • Behavioral training brands
  • • Hybrid pet care businesses combining daycare, boarding, grooming, training, and transport

What we help with

  • • Brand positioning for pet care businesses
  • • Pet care content strategy and monthly planning
  • • Proof assets — routines, team credibility, infrastructure, service-delivery visibility
  • • TECA story capture — real dog stories and client transformations
  • • Conversion paths and inquiry flow for pet businesses
  • • Retention communication — rebooking, referrals, newsletters, loyalty
  • • Paid traffic strategy — Meta Ads, Google Ads, pixel setup, UTM architecture, and conversion tracking integrated with the brand and content system

Who we work best with

We look for partners who think the way we do: who don't spare effort, who take real responsibility for pets, who chose this work with intention — not by accident.

What moves us is not the type of business — it's the people. The monitor who knows each dog by name. The trainer who stays in a continuous relationship with the mutual goal of care and trust. The groomer who doesn't cut corners in a bath and trim because they care about the outcome. The veterinarian who chose the profession out of love.

And especially daycares and boarding operations, because we believe they have enormous potential to offer the kind of continuous support that brings health, vitality, and prevents future problems. The transformations that happen in those environments are magnificent — and they deserve to be told.

What we are not

An editorial still life contrasting generic marketing clutter with a single quiet object.

We are not a social media agency driven by volume. We don't produce decorative content that fills space without saying anything. We don't over-commercialize a business's image — erasing the essence that already exists. The dog is already loving, already beautiful, already happy. The work isn't to invent a narrative — it's to reveal the one that already exists.

And we don't want to be called an agency. We want to be called partners. Because the difference between the two is exactly what makes the work work.

How we begin: the Brand & Growth Audit

Every project starts with a Brand & Growth Audit. The audit is the first step because it shows where trust is being lost, what is being under-communicated, and where the brand has room to grow more intentionally. From there, we design the right system based on business model, team capacity, budget, and growth goals.
